I wasn't aware that my office hasn't had deep carpet cleaning for 9 years. I thought vacuuming once a week would be enough to keep it clean from dust and allergens, and then possibly replacing the carpet after 10 years or so. Tom from Heaven's Best was great! He was able to book me within a couple of days and did my entire home, by himself, in about 3 hours. I have a 3 story town home so it was quite a bit of work. Our carpets look amazing and were dry within an hour or so. He was also able to work out some tough stains that we could not get up ourselves.
